Returns & Exchanges
If any Noodle and Friends purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply email us at email@example.com to let us know you will be sending a return or exchange, then return your receipt and merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds. In order to be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original condition; tried on indoors is okay, but not worn outside, dirty, covered in hair, or washed. Please indicate on your receipt the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a store credit. If exchanging, please indicate what item you would like in exchange as well as its size, if applicable. We ship all exchanges promptly via First Class United States Postal Service mail. Please do not place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise.
Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date.

Please send your return via United States Postal Service, or if international, a method that will end up with the United States Postal Service. For your protection, we suggest you ship with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note that any holiday gift purchased from Noodle and Friends between November 15th and December 24th may be exchanged through the following January.
