How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "Register" link in the top right hand corner of our site.
2) Follow the prompts under "New Customers: Please Register Below" to complete setting up your account.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account" link in the top right hand corner of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  We process orders as quickly as we possibly can and ship all orders in 5 business days or less. The vast majority of our orders ship the same day or the next business day.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered the available shipping method choices and their prices.

We are delighted to offer a low $10.95 flat rate for USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders with delivery within the United States. USPS Priority Mail is delivered to most locations in two to five days.

We gladly ship orders to most locations outside the United States via USPS First Class International Mail, the fees for which will vary depending upon the weight of the package and the delivery location. For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, and the international country's taxes or duties, which may be assessed by each country at the time of delivery.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link in the top right hand corner of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here." That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return or exchange something?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  We process all orders as quickly as possible and ship out all orders in 5 business days or less.  (The majority of our orders ship the same day or the next business day after the order is placed.)  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link in the top right hand corner of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable) when your order ships.
