Thin lines of classic school uniform colors crisscross across the navy and dark green wool exterior, which reverses to a warm gold microfleece second coat. That’s right; it’s reversible! Unlike regular dog coats, the School Plaid Coat was designed for dachshunds, providing the perfect length to cover the adorable long body with an open area for the broad dachshund chest, and an infinitely adjustable belly belt with velcro closure to accommodate the svelte or ample girth of any dachshund. The School Plaid Coat has a really useful feature: a D-ring on the back of the coat to allow for a simple and quick clip of the leash to let you get dressed and out the door quickly! Triple stitched, substantial nylon strapping holds the D-ring in place. For those dachshunds who prefer to wear a harness under the coat, there is a reinforced harness hole on the back of the coat to allow for the leash to clip to the harness D-ring.
